Our vision at All Saints’ Thurlestone C of E Academy is for every child to be confident and happy as we nurture their development and strive for success. We very much see ourselves as a family, who, with our parents, work together to ensure the very best for each and every child. In doing this, we strive to enable all children to achieve their potential in all areas of their learning- intellectual, emotional, physical, social, moral, spiritual and cultural – through our engaging and aspirational curriculum.
Our Christian and School Values underpin our work as we encourage a strong and loving community spirit in which children thrive and develop a moral compass to guide them through life. We want all of children to live life to the full and to flourish in order to reach their full potential. We value our incredible partnerships with our parents who are such a vital part of our academy family. We absolutely know that learning begins and continues at home and that by having excellent, supportive relationships with our parents, we can empower our children to blossom and excel. We do this every day by talking and working together to enable our children to develop trust, respect, confidence, independence, self-esteem and the desire to challenge themselves and learn together.
We are proud to be part of the Learning Academy Partnership, which is a family of inclusive and aspirational academies, working together within a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) with a Church of England Foundation.

The mission and core purpose of our School Trust is to enable Flourishing Futures for our children by working together as a values-led family of exceptional academies, delivering an entitlement to exceptional education across all our local communities and where every child flourishes. We believe that every young person, regardless of their background or context, can achieve and exceed the highest of expectations.
We will be an exceptional School Trust. We are committed to social mobility and a culture of belonging. We do this by investing in people enabling every child to be taught by the very best teachers so that we can achieve social change and all children flourish.
We champion opportunity and equality for all and in all that we do.
We invest in each other and our communities.
We are one team and agree to work as one family.
We believe that:
We are Stronger Together – we deliver and achieve more than we could ever do individually.
In a Sense of Belonging – every member of our School Trust matters and knows that they belong.
In Removing Barriers – ensuring that where you begin does not limit your horizons.
In Realising the Possible – you cannot be what you cannot see.
